9:30 – 10:30 AM: Football Coaching & Movement

• Fun warm-ups & football-based games

• Teamwork, agility, balance, and coordination

• Confidence-building through sport

• Inclusive for all levels and abilities

10:30 – 11:30 AM: Life Skills Lab

Each week features a different real-world life skill with hands-on, practical learning. Example topics include:

• 💰 Money Matters – budgeting, spending, saving

• 🍽️ Kitchen Confidence – basic cooking & food hygiene

• 🧠 Mindset & Wellbeing – emotions, identity, confidence

• 💬 Communication – teamwork, listening, public speaking

• ✍️ Everyday Writing – emails, forms, applications

• 🧰 DIY & Safety – simple repairs, tools, and home safety

• 👕 Laundry & Self-Care – independence & hygiene

• 💼 Careers & Business – dream job chats, entrepreneur skills

£10 per child per session. Payable weekly or per block booking.
