 At Community Kicks, we don’t just coach—we grow future leaders.

Our Youth Leadership Programme is for teens aged 14–17 who want to step up, give back, and build the confidence, skills, and mindset to lead—on and off the pitch.

Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a coach, working with children, or just want to boost your confidence and do something that matters, this programme is for you.

We believe in leadership through kindness, energy, and being a great human first. We’ll teach you the rest.

💥 What is The Kicks Collective?

The Kicks Collective is our official youth leadership group. Made up of passionate, driven, and inspiring young people, this team helps lead the way for the future of our sessions, events, and ideas. Members of the Collective assist in real Community Kicks sessions each week and play a key role in making sure our club stays inclusive, exciting, and full of heart.

👟 What’s Involved?

As part of the programme, youth leaders will:

• Support our coaches during sessions (Mini Kickers, Disability, Wildcats, Teens)

• Develop real-world leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

• Join monthly meet-ups to share ideas, plan projects, and reflect on progress

• Get access to exclusive training, mentoring, and team-building experiences

• Be part of building and improving the club from the inside out

• Represent their peers through the Kicks Collective

🏆 Introducing the Kicks Youth President

Each year, one young leader will be elected as our Kicks Youth President — the voice of the next generation. This role comes with the opportunity to:

• Lead the Kicks Collective

• Work alongside the Community Kicks leadership team

• Represent the club at events and meetings

• Help shape decisions that impact our whole community

• Leave a legacy that inspires the next wave of young leaders
